Service Description
A hands-on cooking session built around chilaquiles — one of Mexico's most beloved dishes and a signature of the Taco Kween kitchen. You’ll learn the technique, understand the ingredients, and cook the full dish yourself from start to finish. This is not a demonstration. You cook. Once the cooking is complete, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal. After the workshop, the full Taco Kween brunch spread is served at the table: Chilaquiles with egg and chicken (vegetarian or vegan option available — please select your preference at checkout) · Frijoles · Fresh fruit bowl · Nopalito pico de gallo salad · Sweet pineapple tamalito with habanero You leave with a printed recipe card so you can recreate the dish at home. The experience is accompanied by café de olla, aguas frescas, and still & sparkling water throughout, plus a welcome glass of sparkling wine on arrival. The Studio is exclusively yours — no shared tables and no other events running alongside. Children under 12: complimentary (up to 2 per family).
